I was born in Accra, Ghana and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon.

I attended the Nurses and Midwifery Training College Korle Bu, also in Ghana. I am employed as a hospital midwife at the Greater Accra Regional Hospital in Ghana, formerly the Ridge Regional Hospital.

I specialize in helping pregnant women throughout pre-natal, delivery, and postpartum phases of their birth experience.

A number of years ago, pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence became rampant in Ghana and the only solution that could be taught was surgery. These women had to undergo dangerous and cruel surgeries which placed them at risk for other serious complications.

My interest in helping the women in Ghana manage their prolapse and urinary incontinence drew me to the work of Christine Kent, Founder of Whole Woman.

My goal is to share my knowledge with other women across the globe, and to give women living with prolapse the hope of living a healthy and satisfying lifestyle while learning how to manage this non life-threatening condition which causes quality of life issues worldwide.

I am available for telephone, video consultations, individual sessions, or group discussions.
